    TWG:
Can it switch the light at alarm time or do I have to do it manually?
I asked the same question earlier and the answer seems to be no, unfortunately :-(

Is this true?  It looked like from reading the instruction manual that activating a light source as an alarm was an option.  That would stink if it couldn't.

Well, when I read the guide, it tells you how to control the lights, but not how to do it at a certain time. ALARM SOURCE: TV DTV V.MEM DVD RADIO CD A.MEM DTV2 N.RADIO N.MUSIC V.AUX L-TV L-DTV L-V.MEM L-DVD L-RADIO L-CD L-A.MEM L-DTV2 L-N.RA L-N.MUS L-V.AUX NONE

You're right.  That's too bad.  Although it will be interesting to see what can be accomplished using Masterlink gateway or Lintronic to translate the Beotime alarm trigger into macro commands throughout the house.

BeoTime CAN send the correct IR command to shutdown (even control) the bedroom LC2s manually... but then, they don't include this feature as a "timer" option (alarm or sleep) in the software... why?!?!?

Really too bad ! No - thumbs down

Has anyone noticed that if you look at the new beotime on the official site in the moving pictures, the new beotime shows the correct time. Very clever.
