We got to my house an hour or so later, I had bought some bottles of weird and wonderully named 'real ale' for Craig and I got some Holsten Pils for myself. Carol had told me on the 'phone previously that "on no account" should I get Newcastle Brown Ale for Craig!
We sat up late, talking, drinking and looking through my 'Spark to Icon' book. Before we knew it, it was four o'clock in the morning!
Off we went to bed, at the end of a really enjoyable evening.

Next morning, I got up at ten o'clock and went down for a coffee and a fig before texting Craig to get him up gently. (he's a big guy, you know). He came down and we had Honey Nut Cheerios, more coffee and figs and, after listening to many MP3s on my 60s Beolab 5000 amp, set off back to Manchester.
Our first stop was to look round the magnificent cathedral.
