After a hairy take off, they managed to get half a dozen to their destination – and they have now had their pages removed to make shelters for the homeless.  This is one huge book, charting the history of Bang & Olufsen from the first time Peter and Svend kicked a chicken out of the way to make room for a delivery van – right through to present day when dealers kick the junior out of the way.. to make room for the delivery van. Nothing changes.
