ADD? appears on the display. Press arrow until OPTION? is displayed. Press GO - arrow to L.OPT - GO - 5 (6).

Is your BS5 audiomaster or is there another audiomaster (BS3000, BS9000....)? In my setup pressing play will start RADIO of my BS9000.

If BS5 is your audiomaster set the audio sources to CD (N.MUSIC) and RADIO (N.RADIO). Mabe this will activate N.RADIO pressing play.

Hope this helps.

There are instructions somewhere on this site on how to do this.

Volume control works fine, pausing N.MUSIC with the remote control and pressing play of the IR eye switch off the beosound 5.

Where can I check the BL active settings?

Thanks,

As far as I remember, the PLAY button should activate the last used source. Does volume control work?

Pause N.MUSIC by pressing STOP on your Beo4 - press PLAY on the IR eye. Does it work?

Next: your BL active must be set to L.OPT 5 - only audio sources, or 6 (if there are video sources in your setup).

I can test the PLAY button tonight when I`m home, I have a BL actve and BS5 too.

I have a BeoSound 5/BeoMaster 5 in one room and I am linking another room with the Beolink Active. Can I use the Beolink Active buttons to switch on the BeoSound 5 and start playing N.Music or N.Radio? The play button of the Beolink Active only is working to switch off the BeoSound 5, but it doesn't to anything to start playing something...

Regards,
