Its brand new and I am using the "Ipod remote" stb.

I know they had issues with supporting fast scroll in the past so you might not have the latest latest software.

Also, I believe that there is an STB Controller MK1 and MK2. BV7 40" MK3, BV8, BV9 and BS3 all use this newer STB. I do not know for sure if the STB changed, or just the update software but I got launch documentation for Bv8 and it talks about STB MK2.

Re: Apple TV fast scrolling with Beo5

Thanks for the link; however, I still have the problem of fast-scrolling. I'm using the "Apple Remote" devise control for the latest BS1/Avant code converter database. This still doesn't seem to solve the lack of fast scrolling issue. My understanding is that it has to do with the way that the Beo 4 handles "long IR" commands. My hope is that the Beo 5 could permit greater manipulation of the B&O IR signal. Keith seems to have a great understanding of how B&O codes work. I'm hoping he might be able to shed some light on this.

Re: Apple TV fast scrolling with Beo5

search and you will find

http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/89082.aspx

Re: Apple TV fast scrolling with Beo5

Maybe Keith Saunders has some suggestions?

Apple TV fast scrolling with Beo5

Has anyone had success adjusting the Beo5 to control fast scrolling of the Apple TV?
