Hello,

The easy way is to say "it is not possible for older products controlled with BEO4". But I´m sure is possible.I did lot of tests, but the problem was very simple, all works perfect such as PIP,Stand,DVD controller with Pioneer DVD HDR recorder and DBT!, AV TV...., but when I choose an audio source as Radio, CD or PHONE (A.Tape works perfect¿?), all works as Sound controls, but not the Volume!!

Any clue from the experts?

I would like to know how to read the propierties of the volume control, is it possible?

At this moment, my dealer ask me how to config B&O products, instead I ask him how to do.....LOL

Whilst the Beo5 can control older products provided they can be controlled with a Beo4, The Beo5 Configuration Tool only has templates for current products. So, subject to the above restriction your delaer can only setup your configuration if he makes XML template files for each of the products and I would be surprised if most dealers know how to do that.
