git it and there will be another software update as this one is faulty, the 'error!' instead of the delay is right and it only does work with 'error!' inbetween. Anoying that B+O does not get it right, also the BJ Panel is in B+O components and in non-B+O components and I suggest to use the first one. The other is the old and also works with the 'error' config which is not desireable I guess.

Hi,

It works with a 250 delay in between at least with the old software. With the brand new I cannot put a delay inbetween and therefore I cannot get the 4 funktions working. When I set delay it says error?

This is how it was and should be

0.000.LIGHT.LIGHT

delay 250ms

0.000.LIGHT.CNTL_STEP_UP

but it shows:

0.000.LIGHT.LIGHT

error!

0.000.......

Any idea?

I used a program called "Crystal Buttons" from www.crystalbuttons.com its not free, but it does the job.

The Lutron is similar, but not the same. Lutron also use the coloured buttons for difference scenes, so on the Beo4 I press the light button then a coloured button. I do NOT need to press a number button.

What I showed you in the previous post was the actual working coloured buttons for Lutron which in my view should be the same as Busch-Jaeger. The only thing I would say is if the Busch-Jaeger does not decode the first instruction quickly enough, it may miss the second, so you may wish to put a delay between the two commands.

Hello Keith,

I think there is a difference. With your Lutron the way of addressing is similar to the LC2.
You push the Ligth button, the a number to address it.

With the busch-jaeger I have to push ligth, and then of the function keys. (red, green, yellow, blue). It seems, that the remote
does not send this combination.

Your Busch - Jaeger Control Panel is like the Lutron unit as far as remote control is concerned and I have set these up without problems.

With my Busch - Jaeger Control Paneal (B&O version) I have set up different scenes.

With Beo4 I can select them with LIGHT <red>, LIGHT <blue>, LIGTH <green> and LIGHT <yellow>.
If I do this with Beo5, nothing happens. I am only able to control a LC2.

The code i.e. send is

0:000:LIGHT:LIGHT:+0.000:LIGHT:CNTL_STEP_DW

Is there any body with a similar problem?
