Try this:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Turn off your Beo5 pressing and holding the central button.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Place the Beo5 in its support, it will be connected in a second.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-After this, the pc will recognize it. If not, i think you know how to install drivers for a new hardware. Drivers are in a folder after programm is installed.
