My only problem is that I am unable to add TV logos to main room but only radio stations. Also do you know if I can operate an apple TV feeding a Mitsubishi projector? Thanks again ...
The Beo6 has two types of reset, a soft and a hard reset.

A soft reset is when you PRESS and HOLD the centre button for 3-5 seconds which turns the unit off.

A hard reset is when you do the same except you hold the button down for 30 seconds.

The action of doing a hard reset will reduce the battery level to zero, so after the hard reset put the Beo6 on the charger (NOT PC USB port) until fully charged, then download your configuration again.

Re: Beo 6 Config Problems

I reset the Beo 6 under config to default under SETUP.
I have downloaded the latest version of the config tool on my laptop and was able to update the Beo 6, next day I wanted to make a change and reset the Beo 6 to start from scratch:

I'm now unable to download due to USB errors. The errors are always the same indicating that the device is not recognized/error during the process.

I have turned off the Beo 6 many times ...

I have reinstalled the software ...

I have manually added the Beo UBS driver ...

Recharged the Beo 6 a full day ...

Switched out UBS ports and added a distributor ...

No luck so far.

Thanks for your assistance.

Martin
