The errors are always the same indicating that the device is not recognized/error during the process.</p> <p>I have turned off the Beo 6 many times ...</p> <p>I have reinstalled the software ...</p> <p>I have manually added the Beo UBS driver ...</p> <p>Recharged the Beo 6 a full day ...</p> <p>Switched out UBS ports and added a distributor ...</p> <p>No luck so far.</p> <p>Thanks for your assistance.</p> <p>Martin</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
