&lt;p&gt;To control your Samsung PVR you will need to have an XML control file made which allows it to be added to your Beo5 configuration in the B&amp;amp;O Configuration Tool.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Before that XML file can be made, we need to establish the IR (Infra-Red) codes for each command of this unit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These IR codes may be available on the web in the form of Pronto HEX codes or you can capture these codes from your original remote control if you have an IR capture device such as a Lintronic box or similar. The best starting places for IR codes on the web is at &lt;a href="http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/codes/"&gt;http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/codes/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
