&lt;div class="TableText"&gt;&lt;span class="hn_para"&gt;&lt;span class="TextColor7" style="color:#000000;"&gt;Press the centre button for&amp;nbsp;30 seconds and eait for it to switch off. Place Beo6 in the charger as battery status will be lost during this reset&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hn_para"&gt;&lt;span class="TextColor7" style="color:#000000;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Whilst the configuration file appears to have been applied successfully on usage I find that several of the physical &amp;#39;hard buttons&amp;#39; on the Beo6 don&amp;#39;t respond - presumably due to the time out? &amp;nbsp;Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty or is there a way to avoid the issue?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can apply the same configuration file to my Beo5 using the same config file, same config tool on the same PC without the&amp;nbsp;&amp;#39;USB Device Not Recognised&amp;#39; message.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help that could be provided here would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
