&lt;p&gt;It could be:-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The Beo5 has had a hardware failure which is best tested by creating a very simple configuration with a couple of standard channel logos and downloading it. If the channel logos display without a problem, then it is clearly not a hardware fault.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The icons are not in the correct format or have become corrupt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The Beo5 Firmware has become corrupt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Recent versions of the B&amp;amp;O Configuration Tool have NOT conformed to the Microsoft standard of putting all installed programmes in the &amp;quot;&lt;span style="color:#1349f6;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Program Files&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; directory. I have a feeling that you may have previously installed a very old version which did go into the &amp;quot;&lt;span style="color:#1349f6;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Program Files&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; directory and it is that you have been changing without success.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both version 3.59 and 3.87 are installed at:-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C:\Bang &amp;amp; Olufsen\Beo5 Configuration Tool&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
