The easy way is to either borrow or purchase a Lintronic box ( http://www.lintronic.dk/ ) which will allow you to capture the IR timings of each command, then either use the Beoworld XML Converter (Must be Silver or Gold member) which will convert these timings to a Beo5 XML file.

The timings produced for each command will be in the following format as an example:-

Pulse, Pause in micro-seconds
09032,04516 = 13548
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,00551 = 1102
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,01681 = 2232
00551,24813 = 25364

There is also software available for PDA's which will also capture IR code timings

Re: XML files for Philips 37PFL9632D

Hey

A Very Warm Welcome to Beoworld and your first posting..

I do not have an XML file for the direct control for your Philips HD TV and I would suggest one has not been made to date, therefore you will need to capture the IR codes for each command.

Where are you located ?

XML files for Philips 37PFL9632D

Does anyone have a file in xml?
