The Touch Screen of the Beo 5 has the following functions on it play, pause, stop, rewind, fast forward, previous, next track, skip back, and skip forward. I was able to do this by using the learning function of the Apple TV. I am not using the Apple puc as I found better control by assigning a different device in the BV7 menu and having the Apple TV learn that device's commands.

Re: Beo 5 and Apple TV: How?

Merci!!!

Re: Beo 5 and Apple TV: How?

TWG,

Some time ago I was looking for a XML file for Apple TV.

This was the answer from Keith:

"I can confirm that the Apple TV can be controlled DIRECTLY from the Beo5.

You can download the file HERE

"

And it works fine.

Keith has already uploaded the XML file especially for the Apple Tv which works perfectly with all the hard heys. Really fantastic work.

Search on the Beo5 subforum with key word Apple TV and you will find it.

Probably it's going to be under my posts when I was looking for this as well.

I thought they're all using the same remote.

Is there an XML file that works with the Apple TV?

Thanks
