Hi, I have experienced the same, but the solution to me was very simple. Release Beo5 from the docking and put it back again.

You can use http://www.picresize.com/ to resize the logos.

Remember that the layer can be of 4x3 so you can use 92x44 pixels icons, and can be 3x3 so you can use 92x92 pixels icons.

If you use bigger icons, the configuration tool preview will be fine, but not in the Beo5.

You down scaler image in your Photoshop program and remember that it must be on a black background

No, how do I do this ? I was not aware, as they work perfectly fine in the Beo5 software program when designing the channel lists ?

Did you remember that logo must be max 92x44px?

I have made around 50 logos for myBeo5

All,

I have a problem when I am trying to put in channel logos on the Beo5. When I build the layout everything is fine but when I want to download the new layout into the Beo5, it starts but after 30-60 sec it says write timeout and stops. After this the Beo5 works fine but it has not received any changes from the new layout ?

Also, I have downloaded some logos from www.Lyng-sat.com which I would like to use on the Beo5 in .bmp format. I place them in the directory of the images/logos/channel/TV like the other logos, but for some reason they do not show up in the beo5 software ? I think it has something to do with the .xml file, but I have no clue.

Can anyone help me ?

P.S. I run beo5 software 3.23 and I only try to put in around 20 logos.
