&lt;p&gt;New Beo5&amp;#39;s come with a very basic configuration already loaded, but the dealer would normally configure it to meet your configuration requirements, unless the customer did not want the service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To programme it yourself will require you to have a copy of the B&amp;amp;O Beo5 Configuration Tool.&lt;/p&gt;
