&lt;p&gt;The Technisat should not really be a problem because as you can see from the Lintronic site this company uses Philips RC5 protocol and most SAT commands have an address of 80 decimal. If you were to upgrade to silver membership you could download the 3rd Party XML Generator which allows you to enter RC5 codes without the need to capture them as you will see below:-&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i need a xml file for following stb-products:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- kathrein ufs 301i&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- technisat digi 5s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i will use this device with a 3rd party television (i do already not have a xml file for this television, but i only have to switch on the tv thats enougth)i got no ir receiver, no lintronic box or something to capture the code. maybe somebody could help me? think the code is part of the lintronic software, because i found out at their homepage that lintronic is working with those devices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hope somebody could help me. this are the only devices i couldn&amp;acute;t get to work in my house.&lt;/p&gt;
