I am guessing that you have created a 3rd party XML file with either an inccorrect RAW code or using a repeat function.

This problem is quite common since the recent software and firmware updates.

The way to resolve the problem is to hold the centre button pressed for a very long time until the units turns off, then put it on charge for a couple of hours, then reconnect the Beo5 and download a configuration which does NOT contain your 3rd party XML configuration.

Your Beo5 will be back working, but you will need to determine what has caused the problem and correct it before doing another download with the 3rd party XML file.

Reset possible ?

Dear all,

is there a possibility to reset the Beo5.

I have managed to programm a permanent auto repeating function ( yes yes i know.... try and error...this time an error ;-)) )

The beo is not reacting at all ...... and continues to send the function.... is there any possibility to make a reset or will i have to wait

until power down of the unit ??

Any help appreciated.

cheers
