&lt;p&gt;Beo5 can only accept files smaller than 2 Mb. I think your problem is this. Try to send an xml file smaller, and see if you get the same error.&lt;/p&gt;

When I&amp;#39;m adding my own icons to every zone, menu and light I get the USB-error-message or some times a &amp;quot;configuration too large&amp;quot; error message.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So it seems to be a bad software problem which shows that the Beo 5 doesn&amp;#39;t seem to be perfect for icon based buttons :-(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That&amp;#39;s a shame and I hope they&amp;#39;ll fix it! I have so many nice icons made for the beo 5 :-)&lt;/p&gt;
