Piet,

B&O has coded it in such a way that you have to repeat the process for each source. Search for "digit" to find each block in your Configuration.XML file.

if have made the changes to the XML file. And the icons are now in place. Except on one source. By DTV there are no icons at the digit page. Do you know why?

I am not quite sure what buttons is meant but e.g. the 'Videotext' digit buttoms could always be replaced with graphical (oval) number buttons and this stil is possible.The others numbers I could never change. So which are meant?

Whilst, the Beo5 Configuration Tool no longer allows you to add icons to the number keys, they can still be added manually to your "Configuration.XML" file using an editor.
To do this you need to edit the "Configuration.XML file with a text editor such as Windows Notepad, then search for any image pointer such as the one below which starts <image stName=....
    <image stName="AVANT" stFile="Images\Avant.bmp" />
Now add your pointers for all your numbers as I have done below for the number one above or below teh existing pointers
    <image stName="one" stFile="images\logos\numbers\one.bmp" />
Carry on adding all ten pointers which make up 0 to 9
Now you have to add the following to each source_item at the end called stImage="one"
      <source_item stName="\Digits\source1"
So, the full string for the number one will be with the added part highlighted in RED:-
      <source_item stName="\Digits\source1" stCaption="1" stLeave="REL 1" nPage="1" nX="0" nY="70" stShortPressCommand="CIFFER_1" nRowFinal="3" nColumnFinal="0" stScreenType="0" nWidth="213" nHeight="25" nHidden="0" stImage="one" nNoCalculateIR="1" />
Do the same for each number and save the file and then go into the Beo5 Configuration Tool and you will see the logos

What about adding a different IR code to the digits?

I can confirm that in version 2.20 of the Beo5 Configuration Tool you can no longer edit or add icons to any of the numbers.

what I meant is adding icons to the digit page. The page with the number on it (0 to 9).

I used the new software now (2.20) and making a new configuration for my BEO5. The reason is that next tuesday the my new TV is deliverd. The avant is replaced by a BV7-32 with the HDR2

I want to add icons to the digit buttons. For example choose TV, then the button to show the digits. Select one, right mouse button......noting happens, no menu. Do I something wrong here?

In my old configuration all the digit buttons have icons. So with the older version it was possible. The old configuration was made with version 1.02.

Is there a way to add the icons to the digit buttons?
