To do this, on the Beo5 press hand &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HOLD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt; the &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RED DOT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt; button and press the centre button which will take you into the &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETUP&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt; menu, now press &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INFO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt; and read the &amp;quot;Software Version&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If the SOFTWARE VERSION reads &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.40a&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt; then you will need to use the Beo5 Configuration Tool &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;version 2.2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If t reads 1.34a then it should work with your version 1.30 configuration tool and in this case we will need to research teh problem further.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item><item><title>My first Beo5 config and it doesnt work. This looks ok in the Beo5 config tool 1.30 but when I export it to the beo5 and then try and use it, if I select any zones from initial screen nothing happens.
