Hi,

I have found how to look at the existing configuration and display commands. I should have got this earlier, but I am just getting to grips with the tool In the config tool the commands are shown in the view menu when a button is pressed in the model of the Beo5. In there the PICTURE_IN_PICTURE command shows up, when I press the pre-configured buttons after addition of the HDR.

Great stuff, seems I have everything together now. Coming back to my last question: Is there a list available for the commands in the tool (and others, see PIP) or have you done this by try and error?

Maby I have the answer for the P-in-P. I use it with an Avant with a PIP module build in.

I have used the following commands (all seperate icons):

P-in-P 0:000:TV:PICTURE_IN_PICTURE
(green button) Upper left 0:000:TV:CNTL_REWIND
(red button) Bottem left 0:000:TV:CNTL_STEP_DW
(yellow button) Upper right 0:000:TV:CNTL_WIND
(blue button) Bottem right 0:000:TV:CNTL_STEP_UP
Change picture (PIP and TV) 0:000:TV:CIFFER_0

Your problem is the first line (0:000:TV:PICTURE_IN_PICTURE) because the command PICTURE_IN_PICTURE is not in the list. Just type the command. It will work.

I want to show you the screen of my PIP page on the BEO5. But I don't know how to add a picture in this message. So you have to do it with the commands only.

Can I use the command P.Mute (PICTURE_TOGGLE) to have sound, but no picture? I always used AV - TV on my beo4.

I did check the list, but this is for how to operate the remote, not for the configuration tool.

I would love to have the answers as well.

However, if I remember correct, there is a list of commands on the user manual of Beo5 where there is a comparison of Beo4 to Beo5. Have you already checked it?

Hi all,

I am in the process of changing the original config of the beo5 that my dealer did. I have a couple of points where I am stuck and hope someone here can help me with:

I want to create a macro that on the press of a button would create a Picture in Picture with my HDR1 in V.TUNER mode. On my beo4 I would press P-IN-P and the red button (or scroll down in the menu and press OK), but I cannot find the P-IN-P command in the IR list of the config tool.
Can I use the command P.Mute (PICTURE_TOGGLE) to have sound, but no picture? I always used AV - TV on my beo4.
How do I create the AV - V.AUX combination in one button?
Is there a list that explains all the commands in the IR list?
