The file is 68372kb and comes from a reliable source and I have tried downloading it afresh a couple of times. I&#39;ve turned off my Zonealarm and AVG antivirus which makes no difference. Have also tried removing all previous config versions. Have upgraded from XP SP2 to SP3 still no joy.
