The shutting down of the beo5 before putting into the cradle resolved the problem. Sometimes it is so easy?!

I use a mac 24" with "Parallels" connected over PC2 to my B&O. My music an video are all on Apple TV called over the Command PC by Beo4 connected AV4 on Beovision.

The Beo5 software is very picky about your computer! The USB card can be a problem. I actually changed mine in my old PC for this reason. Works fine with my Mac running Bootcamp though. The newest software is 1.32 by the way.

I found that there are 2 installation files, try running:

Beo5ConfigToolSetup.msi

THEN

Beo5CTSetup_1.10.exe

No,
it's a standard USB-miniUSB.

Hello B&O frineds!

i have installed the Beo5CT software. It works, but the Beo5, conected on usb is not found!

The Beo5 cable delivered with is a special cable? I have a lots of cables USB-MiniUSB, but they don´t work.

Can me send someone a picture from the right cable so i can found it in my cables please!
