Well!!!!

It seems that the software is travelling around!! As far as I had the chance to hear B&O intends to supply the software to the customers in the future. Any ideas about it?

It may be your USB controller. It is worth turning the Beo5 off before putting it on the charger connected to the computer though. There are some threads about this.

Hello Together,

the problem is resolved! It was an bite errror by uploading!

The installation is complete and i have go with programming.

A new problem is, that my Windows don´t recognize teh Beo5.

She is connected with normal miniUSB to USB to my computer. It is a special cable to connect? Perhaps someone has a picture from this cable so i can found it in my lots of cables!?

thank you for message!

i have tried once more with a new uploaded version 1.3 and now i obtain a different error: first error 1336 and then by interrupting error 2350.

i have tried on differnet PC. one with XP SP2 and newest updated and newest Windows installer. IE7. Other with Windows XP SP3 newest version and also IE7. On all PC the same Problem. Perhaps you have an idear to resolut the problem?

i will also try the older version. i obtain this today.

The new software comes with a firmware patch but to get this you need to be connected to the B&O site - and I doubt you can. Once the firmware is on the Beo5, the software should work - mine does.

Hello B&O friends,

i have a problem while installing Beo5CT. Version 1.3

I obtain the following error:

Error 1901. Error attempting to read from the source C:/windows/installer/2914332a.msi.

The error change everytime *.msi. * means 23eed or 295b66d1 or other.

Know someone something about this problem?

What is my mistake? The BEO5 must be connected on USB while setup?

I must have an older Version to install Vers. 1.3?

The size of thze software is 66,8MB.

For help i would be very thankfull.
