This happens equally with home &amp;#39;burnt&amp;#39; as well as with purchased, brand-new DVD&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Has anyone else experienced this, and is there an explanation (and fix) for this phenomenon? Bad capacitors?
