They do apparently offer travel adapters...</p><p>I just fixed it, i had a brain wave and did it myself, i found an old telephone in the spare room and it used the same rj22 plug that was needed. I re-wired that plug, spliced the B&amp;O cable, and hey presto, i fixed it, for free. <img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/02.gif" alt="Big Smile" /></p><p>It baffles me why they use an rj22 plug for a transformer, it really does. I&#39;m sure it&#39;s of cause of travelling with it very often. Anyway, I spoke to my dealer and all he could do was order me a new part. He told me it was &pound;15.00, and so I ordered one immediately as I was expecting to ripped-off by quite a bit more. Took a week to arrive and then my dealer fitted it easily. There is simply a red and black wire hanging out of the cable, does anyone have any information that could help me? Or is this a B&amp;O service department-only issue. </p><p>The telephone type plug can&#39;t be opened up, so i don&#39;t know what to do&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
