So I take it you know somebody who has a Black Beomaster 7000 Email me my friend. I think this friendship is gonna start costing me quite alot of money, thats is if my equipment keeps getting water damaged!!! But do you think my Beomaster is repairable? I really would love to speak to the Bang & Olufsen man that is Martin (Dillen) From what I have been reading he is a legend when it comes to service and repairing of all things Bang & Olufsen. The Beolink 7000 with floorstand that you mentioned to me, is it one of those that has a new panel on it and has it been serviced? Talk soon buddy

the display on the Beomaster 4500 is a audio Streamer from ROKU Labs,

The Roku is a WLAN Audio Streamer with supported apple itunes.

The Listing on the display ( sorted by Album / Artist / Title / Song and so on ) is the same

in reflection in itunes.

The Roku have an own remote control!

But i have an lintronic TT455-RT-238 Remote Control converter,

The lintronik converter supportet the Roku Infra Code to the B&O Codes,

In the Working Room with a Beomaster 5500

In the Bathroom only with Beolab 4000 direktly to the ROKU Streamer

On the last photograph there is a LCD-Display panel which shows a green text "Here Without You 3 Doors down Greatest Hits ....".

Can you tell us please where you got this LCD-Display and whether it shows Powerlink or MCL-Information?

It looks like the LCD-Display our member Ridax sells but looks better.

I had a personal discussion with Leslie and we found out that we are both interested in this LCD-Display.

Indeed, the corners have been rounded with a file and sanded afterwards. Hope you're able to cut/file them in the exact size or maybe you can ask Paul to send you a new one. They don't cost a fortune. He's a great guy to talk to and to do business with (he's got an Ebay store as well) . I'm waiting for my larger sheets now and let them waterjet cut by a local company here in the Netherlands. Let's see how that works out. Now I'm able to cut them in all figures and sizes (replacement of e.g. scratched BC9500/8500/9000 panels), you name it Will post pictures of the results....

Re: glass panel replacement beomaster 4500

Mine are a few mm too big. Did you use snips and or file to round the corners? I bought a number of plates a little while ago but cannot decide best way of getting them cut to size.
I bought some replacement BL7000 mirror plates from Paul. However, they are slightly too big. Did your ones need cutting to size? If so, by water jet or what method?

Which Paul? Do I have competition?

The mirror panels are bought in the UK and has been cut manually (guillotine) and therefore not that accurate. But mine are precise and did a qty of 8 BL7000 now. Still have one left and has been hand engraved with the B&O text on it (no Beofont or Frutiger).

How much did you paid for these plates?

I have ordered bigger sheets now and let them cut by waterjet method.

So easy to do all these things yourself and you can save money ordering them by either your local store or by Paul Wheeler (ask him to do it).
