The instructions for the service technicians underneath look like the hinges need to be pushed in to come off but i don&amp;#39;t want to be too heavy handed. I&amp;#39;ve got the touch panel off but don&amp;#39;t want to break the lid trying. The lid is raised but can&amp;#39;t see any areas to lift it&amp;nbsp;off its hinges?&amp;nbsp;Anyone done this before?
