The default setting for the AV9000 is that V.Tape will work the
VCR. I use V.Aux for the Sky+ - I have a Set Top Box controller fitted
so that it all works together with the Beo4.

2. You need to reset
the options on the TV and audio systems. Both need to be option 1 -
your TV will at present be option 2 and the audio option 0 so it will
not respond to the remote. To change option, press list and stand by
together - use list to scroll to option? You will then get the choice
of v.opt and a. opt. Chosse one and the press 1 and then go. Repeat with
the other option and all should work again.

3 The stand simply needs to be reset - it is in the TV menu - press menu when the set is on TV and you will get the menu up including the stand menu - it is simply a case of choosing TV on or standby, moving the set to the desired place and pressing GO which will store the setting.

As far as the format is concerned, the set defaults to the signal sent - are you using a STB? If so, I would suggest that the STB settings are on 16:9 and you need to change this to 4:3.

Hi, I've just moved house and have added a old LS1 for the bedroom but have a few annoying issues that are driving me nuts.

1. On my AV9000 how do I set the default Video source to V.Tape or other Scart feed (my Sky+ Box).

2. We used to have the AV9000 linked to my BeoSound Overture CD/Radio/Tape - now I have not plumbed all the masterlink cabling in yet and the Beo4 remote activates the AV9000 fine but won't talk to the Overture now it's not linked to the AV - how to I decouple them for now?

3. In the bedroom I picked up a cheap BeoVision 1 Link TV with a Beo4 remote which is great. I've 2 issues with it currently, first is that the Format Defaults to 16:9 everytime I turn on. Second the motor stand turns clockwise everytime I turn it on and the Beo 4 remote has no Stand Setting within list - not can I access the menu (even from the main rooms Beo4).

Now I'd be happy for the stand to not rotate and fir the format to return to full screen. I just want to watch DVD, Sky or PS3 as a monitor really.

Can anyone help? Sorry if I am in the wrong area of the forum.

Thanks - Julian
