i don´t took off the glass panel and as far as i know the remote was not repaired before.

So do you think it´s worth a try to take the glass panel off an remount it. I think there is no service manual available for Beolink 7000, so i´m not really sure how to disassemble it.

Greetz

It could be that it is not mounted properly and that the goldplated springs do not touch the glass panel any more, and in that case the keys don't work.

Re: Beolink 7000 - some keys not working

Hi,

What does work and what doesn't?

I have noted that some of the touch-screen buttons (especially the center of the screen) need a bit more pressing in my BL7000. I would suppose that to be pretty hard to fix, I wouldn't dear to fiddle around with the screen...

Beolink 7000 - some keys not working

Hello!

I have a Beolink 7000 and about half of the keys are not working. The battery is new and everything else is working ok.

Is it possible to repair this, maybe by myself? I would appreciate some hints

THX
