As you may know, I have a Beogram 8000 which is missing the plastic slider used to change the tracking weight. I&#39;ve recently been offered the tracking weight slider from a Beogram 8002 as a possible replacement. Is there a way to make the slider for the smaller tonearm work with the larger one? The service manual I have doesn&#39;t even list separate part numbers for this piece; it just shows the Beogram 8002 arm, and gives a part number for it&#39;s slider.
