The 3800&amp;nbsp;working well are &amp;nbsp;more than good enough to use while you father awaits his Pentalab 3&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your father is happy to fit them (or have them fitted) then a pm to Martin(Dillen) to make the arrangements for a kit to be sent directly to your father is the way forward.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I recently sent a beoocenter 9500 to my father in France and will in time gift some Beolab Penta 3&amp;#39;s to him when I can get them over to him. In the meantime he has some Beovox 3800....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are these good speakers? He said they sound flat these days - he&amp;#39;s owned them since new in the 70&amp;#39;s. I&amp;#39;ve asked about foam rot &amp;amp; he say&amp;#39;s there&amp;#39;s no problem there so am I right in thinking that capacitors might be the problem?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is it worth saving them &amp;amp; if so is there a cap kit that I can send over there?&lt;/p&gt;
