&lt;p&gt;I managed to solve the problem: the horizontal distortions on the screeen have been caused by bad, respectively broken solderings on several platines, as the service technician told me whom I brought the TV. He is a non-B&amp;amp;O technician an had no problems repairing the TV. It was an investment of &amp;lt; EUR 100 to get a quasi new MX4000.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ausnahmsweise schreibe ich auf Deutsch, weil ich annehme, mein Problem auf englisch nicht richtig formulieren zu k&amp;ouml;nnen. Mein MX (Type 33/33, SW 1.0) verzerrt neuerdings das Bild mit horizontalen Steifen. Keine wei&amp;szlig;en Bildausf&amp;auml;lle, wie ich in einem anderen thread gelesen habe, sondern regelrechte Verzerrungen des Bildes. Er macht das nicht immer, manchmal hat er auch ein gestochen scharfes Bild. Hat jemand einen Tip, woran das liegen k&amp;ouml;nnte? &lt;/p&gt;
