&lt;p&gt;As long as your Sony amplifier has RCA (phono) line inputs, then Yes, you can connect from one of the Powerlink sockets on your BV3-32 into the Sony system.&amp;nbsp; As the Powerlink outputs are volume-controlled, you will probably find that you need to turn the Sony volume fairly high (eg. 50-75%) to get the surround speakers to match the internal TV speakers.&amp;nbsp; Depending on how many input channels the Sony system has, this will dictate how many input cables you need and how to connect them, but baslically each Powerlink socket contains left and right audio channels, so you will need one cable for stereo sound, or four four full 7.1 surround (including subwoofer and centre).&lt;/p&gt;

If not why not? Thanks for any reply&lt;/p&gt;
