hi forum ,

yust to keep this updated ,

sloughter out all metal from the batteryholder ( eroded anyway ) , and wiggle 3 nimh batteries inside with a mini rc connector .

only for charging ( will hold several months ) you have to disassemble the remote :-(

i am working on a solution for that , i have seen 3,5 mm jack connector on table top chargers for other remotes , maybe that is possible for this one tooooooo

Hi forum ,

i found the answer to 1 question ;

the battery holder is still in the list of beo spares and a stock item .

But at a cost of € 79,-

Hi forum ,

finally getting to the point were all recently bought equipment gets repaired and put back to action.

except the beogram cd 7000 which still causes me headaches........................

I have a beolink 5000 with

1 - non-repairable pixel problem , which is not bothering me at all

2 - dodgy battery holder

3- missing battery cover

Is there anyone who can help with those items

Is the battery holder repairable ??
