This shows the springs exactly , the way i need to re-do them.

the plastic piece is broken in three pieces , so repairing it will be hard , right no i glued it so i can use it as a template .

thanks again.

maybe a reader of this , might have the piece available ..............

But I guess there is lot of different kind wires that can be used on this, I'd start for search suitable..., maybe from some plastic specialist store, kind of "pro" selling...

Is that plastic guide snapped? Maybe you can make a support piece from metal to hold it on its spot? Some trashed digicam is a good place to get very, very, small screws to it.

Re: repair Beogramd CD 7000

Orava,

right now my problem is with the springs.

were you lucky to have a new wire , or have you repaired the old one ( and how ?? , with what?? )

There is one wire going from bottom terminal of drawer to back, and to front from there, and again to top terminal on drawer, both ends spring loaded.

Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean with loop of little cable.

I have done mech parts from messing with kind of minidrill (proxxon) For example fixed snapped CDX hinge.... With pretty good result, if I may say :)

I need some help with the rapair of my beogram CD 7000 .

As typical with ebay-deals the seller was very positive and responsive with pictures and emails , BUT he was all but technical and far from an B&O knower ( he knew $$$$$ ).

So , now

1. The wire which pushes/pulls the cd-drawer in-out has been snapped

2. The plastic guide which positiones the cd-laser at its home position has been smashed ( see picture ).

Is there anyone around , which has these parts around ?

OR, can give advice in how to get the parts repaired or replaced by a diy solution ??

Ant help would be highly appreciated
