I have a Beosystem 2300 which I have linked to a Beolab 2000 via a 1611 converter. I have needed to cut up and reassemble the master link cable from the comverter to the Beolab 2000. That works fine. I can use my Beolab 2000 as it is supposed to.

The question is:

Can I connect a Beovision 7 (which has Master link) with the assembled Master link cable from the Beolab 2000 to the converter and thus get the sound from the tv out of the Beosystem 2300 and vice versa?

And if I do that will it affect my connection between my Beolab 2000 and my Beosystem 2300? Or affect any other connections?

Alternatively - do I need a new converter from the tv to the Beosystem 2300, and what will be the consequences of that?

Regards

Christian
