Go to &amp;quot;online shop&amp;quot; first, you won&amp;#39;t find them on the first page. The delivery was really slow (like one month - I think it was the holiday season), but otherwise I have no complaints.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have problems ordering there or can&amp;#39;t find anything else to order (I think the minimum delivery cost is 14,50&amp;euro;), I could probably sell you one or two. But if I want it to work with the 455 kHz signal from the Beo4, I need a photo diode, typically Vishay TSOP7000. Unfortunately it seems just about impossible to find one in Sweden.
