Er, they are now. Works perfect, going to give it a good test over the next week or so. Just to make sure.

Like this ? (Beocenter 2200 but basically the same deck)

Why don't I just send you a replacement cassette unit Craig?

Means you'll have to take the belts back off though as the one I have has knackered ones as well but saves messing around.

Beocord 2000

Having problems with a Beocord 2000 cassette deck, I purchased it non working. After having a quck look inside, I noticed the large drive belt had stretched. So I ordered a complete set of belts from martin. Just fitted these, but now have a problem. It rewinds and fast forwards no problem. when I prees play though the cassete tries to lift up and it will not play. What does happen is the Left hand spool rotates and just feeds tape in to the cassette case. Any ideas on how to fix this, pretty sure this is something simple.
