If a transfomer itself is humming it can in some cases be cured bijusing plastic spray on the transformer, but since this transformer is potted with potting mass plastic spray won&#39;t cure it. I&#39;d like to get her in tip-top condition but the big problem is that there is a definite audible buzz (not a hum but a buzz) coming from what seems like the right-hand of the amp from the moment I power on.</p> <p>I&#39;m a novice when it comes to electronics but am eager to learn!</p> <p>If anyone can help I&#39;d be very greatful</p> <p><img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/01.gif" alt="Smile" /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
