&lt;p&gt;It was mentioned in the 1959 catalogue for use with the very early stereo valve sets.&lt;br /&gt;The set itself had two amplifier sections and one speaker and then you could add&lt;br /&gt;an ST606 and place it at a certain distance to the set to get stereo.&lt;/p&gt;
