&lt;p&gt;DVdude did you check board 45 as above? Make sure you measure across 
the IC pins if you usually ground the negative to take measurements. 
Make sure machine is on or press load [cd/tape] while measureing too!&lt;/p&gt;

Check F3 on the PCB behind the transformer, otherwise the problem is almost certainly in PCB62 (regulator PCB behind the CD-player).
