This has dis-assembley instructions and shows you which screws to remove to open the Beocenter rather like a hood of a car - it's a great design. Once opened you can locate the nut that fell into the unit and get to the small rubber bands that were your original mission. Two words of warning - try not to dislocate the door strings and don't replace the glass panels until the hood's closed again incase they drop out.

But after I removed the both black glas pannels and I started to remove a screw to remove the silver pannel in between the tape and the cd it felt like something dropped, like a nut fell an now the screw can't get any "grip" when I try to put it back.

I didn't try to remove the other 3 screws for the pannel as I'm affraid to destroy something here. Could someone tell me how to disassemble the system so that I can replace the belt and find the nut that fell into he system.
