whem i press Store it shows letter P on display and when i press store again nothing happens.

hi all

another question about my beomaster is why always when i turn it on volume is set at 36?and it doesnt remember sound settings(bass&treble)

i tried to store settings via master control panel but it doesnt work...

any ideas?

Hi and welcome to Beoworld

First, don't force the front panel unnecessarily. If you have to open it and it won't respond to the push button, the best thing to do is remove the top cover and release the latch from the inside. Then leave the control panel open until you have fixed your problem.

I can email you 10Mb of files with the information that you want but I will have to send it to your private email address. Pse PM or send me your email address so that I can send you the files.

Could you send me the same instructions and photos if you still have them? I'm having the same problem. The front panel won't open without forcing it, and most of the buttons don't operate, but the remote works.

It can also be operated with a hand-held Terminal 5000 remote control.

Hi dug11

You may have a problem with the flexible ribbon connector which connects the front panel to the PCB. This breaks very easily and is a fairly common issue with these machines. Fortunately, it is not too hard to fix if you have some basic repair skills. First research this site for several articles that cover this problem. They may help you identify the solution to your specific problem. If you need help with repairing the flexible connector, I can send you some step by step instructions.

i bought Beomaster 5000 with Master Control panel and i have question

beomaster can be operated only with master control panel? that is what is with mine.

i cant do nothing by buttons on beomaster.
