However, there&amp;#39;s plenty of nasties inside a TV that are dangerous and repairs should only be tackled by pro. Forum member&amp;nbsp; &amp;#39;nobby&amp;#39; is a wizard on MX&amp;#39;s and no doubt would do&amp;nbsp;an economical&amp;nbsp;repair for you providing you can take it to him. &lt;p&gt;I'm not sure of the exact process involved in changing the battery, but I'm sure one of our more technical members will be able to provide that information, as this isn't exactly uncommon.&lt;/p&gt;
