I dunno if that&amp;#39;s the original woofer for these, but it&amp;#39;s a respectable driver. I had those in a self-made pair of huge floor speakers more than 20 years ago. The surround is definitely rubber.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately they are not available new any more. &lt;p&gt;Have you taken a peak inside yet?&amp;nbsp; The back comes off with 8 screws or so.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are many sources of replacement foam.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;ve used &lt;a title="Woofer Repair" href="http://www.wooferrepair.com/"&gt;Woofer Repair&lt;/a&gt; for CX50s and S40s, but not M70s.&amp;nbsp; My two pairs of M70s both have rubber surrounds on the woofers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where are you located?&amp;nbsp; Whether you&amp;#39;re in the US, Europe, or elsewhere, will probably determine where you will source your repair materials.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Post some pictures, those always help those who will try to help you.&lt;/p&gt;
