&lt;p&gt;There are two fuses on the main board. I suggest you check them first.&lt;br /&gt;Then the main smoothing capacitor.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I recently found a Beomaster 1000 in my basement and today I tried it for the first time. It sound great but has a quite loud hum on the left channel (sounds like ground hum). Does anyone know how to remedy this and how hard it would be?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m no expert with the soldering iron if you know what I mean : ) Any help is much appreciated, I&amp;#39;d love to get it done so I can use it for listening to music.&lt;/p&gt;
