&lt;p&gt;my beolab 5000 amplifier pops each time I switch it ON, even with the master volume set to 0, I think of a capacitor issue, front lights (power and stereo signals) are also slightly flashing with the music, although it&amp;#39;s very disco, i don&amp;#39;t see it as something normal.. are both problems linked? are there specific elements that have to be checked and can cause further problems?&lt;/p&gt;
