&lt;p&gt;Yes, it sounds very much like a belt problem.&lt;br /&gt;Belts are available (from me) as a set and I can include mounting&lt;br /&gt;instructions with photos etc.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve got a Beocord 6000 as part of a recently acquired Beosystem 6000.&amp;nbsp; It powers up OK and the display is working, but when I try to play, fast forward or rewind it clicks,&amp;nbsp;attempts to engage and then stops.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m a complete novice with things like this but understand this could be the belts and that these are reasonably easy to replace???&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can anyone suggest any further diagnostics to try and, if it were the belts that needed replacing, where could I get these from, how much would they be&amp;nbsp;and are there any instructions for simpletons available anywhere???&lt;/p&gt;
